Operations Executive Job in Pune at Easebuzz Private Limited

Easebuzz is hiring for the role of Operations Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Respond to queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
• Identify merchant/customer needs and help them use specific features
• Analyse and report product malfunctions (e.g., testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
• Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
• Inform merchants/customers about new features and functionalities
• Follow up with merchants/customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Gather merchant/customer feedback and share it with Product, Sales, Tech, and Marketing teams

Requirements:

• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
• Familiarity with the industry is an added advantage
• Experience using helpdesk software like Salesforce and remote support tools
• Understanding of how Salesforce CRM systems work
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Patience when handling tough cases
• Graduation/Post-Graduation qualification
