DHL is hiring for the role of Operations Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure safe handling of all shipments at the service center and report any damaged cases to the origin.
• Conduct regular audits of deliveries and status updates to ensure accuracy in information flow to clients.
• Monitor expenses by adhering to vehicle log checks daily and ensure timely reimbursement of fuel and conveyance expenses to staff/PDA.
• Ensure daily updates, allocation, and collection of OTM machines for deliveries.
• Collect COD cash from delivery staff, cross-check with the delivery sheet, and submit it to the branch cashier.
• Monitor staff performance at the service center and ensure regular training for full-time employees, PDAs, and other personnel as per the central training program.
• Ensure adequate staffing with full-time employees and PDAs.
• Generate and maintain MIS reports related to the service center.
• Conduct training sessions for BDO personnel, delivery/pickup staff, and counter staff.
• Ensure compliance with operations processes as per ISO guidelines and maintain necessary records.
