Operations Executive Job in Mumbai at DHL

DHL Group is hiring for the role of Operations Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Live tracking of network vehicles on integrated platforms and via calls, ensuring 24x7 monitoring in three shifts.
• Timely recording and reporting of exceptions, unscheduled stoppages, and other incidents such as vehicle breakdowns and accidents.
• Proactive intervention in cases of SOP violations and non-compliance related to GPS and security measures.
• Provide alerts based on exceptions and coordinate corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with operations, fleet, and security for the recovery of vehicles during incidents.
• Generate exceptions in the system for political or natural disruptions impacting network operations.
• Maintain network timeliness and monitor vehicle departures and arrivals.
• Ensure compliance and effective integration of GPS and e-locks with tracking systems.
• Prepare and publish timely reports on performance, incidents, and service quality parameters.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream.
• Computer proficiency, particularly in Excel.
• Communication skills with proficiency in English and Hindi.
• 2 years of experience in control tower or central command center operations is desirable.
• Experience with transport management systems and ERP.
• Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
