Hero is hiring for the role of Operations Excellence Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• CI Operations: Managing and owning the timely execution of GRNs, SESs, ATNs, and Dispatch Documents post verification and confirmation from relevant stakeholders while keeping all approvals and requests well documented.
• Communication: Reporting of daily tracking and MIS for various processes relating to charging infrastructure operations. Providing feedback and raising callouts for any process deviations. Excellent communication, relationship building & interpersonal skills.
• Internal and external stakeholder management: Interface with multiple installation, logistics, inventory, and service vendors as well as various HMCL Plants/Offices/Departments to obtain, validate, and execute documents for CI.
• Handling escalations-preparing RCA and providing the solution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Application, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years relevant experience
• SAP domain knowledge and SAP 1+ years exposure - Must have
• SAP Certification – Good to have
