Molex is hiring for the role of Operations Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Participate as a team member and support execution of routine processes for all types of products according to build/test plans in cooperation with Technicians or other resources
- Take the process output results and document results for review. Updating the required technical/support documents appropriately according to results. Updating internal process/procedure documents and instructions
- Support the planning and the implementation of a qualification plan for a given piece of equipment by coordinating the resources allocated
- Support the maintenance activities related to the equipment and tools used by the site
- Compile reports on findings and process data gathered.
- Provide recommendations and advice to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain the assembly and lab/testing equipment regularly.
- Recommend technical and procedural additions to relevant processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operating machine/lab testing
- ISO17025 documentation awareness
- Machine operations knowledge / Testing machine operations knowledge with Internal audit experience
- Proficiency in equipment qualification procedures and protocols.
- Analytical thinking and abilities.
- Report writing and document analysis skills.
- Ability to work with data and numbers.
- Problem-solving skills and decisive knowledge of appropriate processes and methods.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Comfortable with industry-specific assembly equipment, testing equipment, and software.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and storage procedures.
