About Role:

Supports the Operations Management executive across all five functional pillar teams on various initiatives such as: driving employee engagement and developing skills/education programs related to job functionality and leadership/management expansion.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supporting several stakeholders
• Coordinating executive messaging
• Implementing programs that analyze engagement input and devise programs to bolster employee sentiment and measure success
• Work across five functional pillar teams to assess skills and devise programs that address gaps and offer growth – and integrate with Kyndryl Learning to implement;
• Driving change management to create, implement, and track program execution.
• Candidate needs to have solid Excel and PowerPoint skills, be well organized, and be able to team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Analysis will include historical performance, tracking and communicating change in the execution of programs, and impact value return to the business.

Requirements:

• Experience with change management
• Intermediate Microsoft 365 product family skills to produce analytics and/or presentations for executive messaging
• Proficient in English language (written & spoken)

Requirements: (Required Skills and Expertise)

• College degree
• Master in HR preferred
• Professional experience (preferred in HR &/or consulting)
• Previous experience with employee engagement analytics preferred
