Operations & Data Management Specialist Job in Chennai at CRISIL

CRISIL is hiring for the role of Operations & Data Management Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage and maintain accurate operational data.
• Perform data reconciliation, clean-up, and analysis to ensure data quality.
• Support client data and management, including verification and updates to standard settlement instructions (SSIs).
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Coordinate and communicate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Support project management activities, including planning, reporting, and tracking.

Requirements:

• Strong data analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Understands SSIs and settlement processes.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to project management preferred.
• Experience in client account servicing and stakeholder coordination.
• Basic knowledge of VBA, Python and SQL for data analysis and reconciliation will be an added advantage
• Mandatory Skills- Data Analysis, Data Management, Reconciliaitons, Project Management, Problem Solving, Operations Workflow, Standard Settlement Instructions
• Post Graduate in Finance, or Bachelors in Finance, Commerce, Banking Finance, BMS etc
