Reckitt is hiring for the role of Operations Data Management Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Responsible for the quality, accuracy, and timely population of data within the key business systems such as Quality One, GRAIS and PLM.  
• Responsible for being a subject matter expert in the use of key systems and the business processes which support them.
• Responsible for the analysis of data, identification of issues and taking appropriate action to remediate them.
• Developing and proposing projects to senior stakeholders to improve the quality of data within Key Regulatory Systems.
• Responsible for partnering with the wider Operations Regulatory team to build greater understanding of the criticality of key data and the processes that support them and to drive more compliant behaviours.
• Tracking of data performance metrics, generation of improvement programs and the feedback to peers in Regulatory Operations. 
• Deliver regular update via governance forums etc on projects underway including identifying blockers, enablers and shared learnings.
• Responsible for applying the principles of Root Cause Problem solving to identify the origin of data issues and applying continuous improvement methodologies to develop appropriate Corrective Actions and Preventative Actions.
