DocuSign is hiring for the role of Operations Center Engineer Engineering!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor system health and performance, responding to alerts and resolving issues to ensure reliable operations
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Participate in operational tasks such as software updates, system patching, and user access management
• Support efforts to identify opportunities for automation and contribute to scripting and tools development under the guidance of other engineers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure operational best practices are followed and improved upon.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT, system administration or a related field
• Foundational knowledge of operating systems, networking, or cloud technologies
• Experience with monitoring, logging, or cloud platforms
• Exposure to automation tools or practices and a strong interest in learning more about DevOps
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus
• Passion for technology and enthusiasm for solving real-world problems
• 3+ years experience in IT, system administration, or a related field
• Hands on experience deploying/managing operating systems, networking, or cloud technologies
