Cashkaro is hiring for the role of Operations Associate - Validation!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execute day-to-day Operational tasks related to the Validation and Invoicing of the advertising campaign.
• Ensuring end-to-end management of all Campaigns and AdNetworks with respect to Validations from sharing the data with clients to raising the final invoice.
• Analyzing data to identify Validation accuracy and taking adequate steps to solve that.
• Work cross-functionally across multiple teams to deliver the requirements.
• Managing communication with Clients AdNetworks and Publishers to close Campaign Delivery.
• Executing customer-facing communications in case of delays in processing customer Cashbacks.
• Coordinating with customer support team and help answer/investigate any customer complaints regarding cashback

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Should have worked with an Ad Network or Agency in the affiliate/performance marketing field.
• Proficiency with Excel is a must. Knowledge of Power Query and Basic SQL will be preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines in fast fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable in handling large volume data on Excel, and Power Query.
• Think Strategically - Should be able to understand and co-relate with the goals of the Company.
• Ability to work directly with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage time.
