Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Retail Associate (RA) Operations: Manage and streamline the entire RA lead lifecycle - from accurate lead capturing and assignment to timely customer outreach. Regularly provide actionable feedback to RAs on lead quality and customer intent.
• Document Collection Efficiency: Oversee timely document submission by agents, track dependencies, and coordinate with customers to ensure all required documentation reaches lending partners without delays.
• Data-Driven Execution: Provide daily updates on RA incentive performance, maintain regional funnel tracking, and ensure real-time visibility into case progression for both RAs and internal teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the go-to contact for RAs, aligning efforts between field teams, call center agents, and lending partners to ensure smooth operations and maximize loan conversion rates.
