Operations Associate (Progression) Job in Bangalore at Newton School

Newton School is hiring for the role of Operations Associate (Progression)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Connecting with students daily to drive learning outcomes
• Own a batch of students (250-300) end-to-end
• Make sure that students are adhering to set objectives - attending lectures, giving assignments, assessments, and contests
• Making sure that student experience is maintained in and outside the batch
• Making sure that student escalations are being handled within TAT
• Running experiments in batches as mandated by project team
• Giving user feedback to the products team 
• Every Week review the scorecards of students and give feedback in 1:1 sessions (Over call/zoom)
• If revision classes are required, or the pace needs to be changed - discuss and execute along with the concerned teams

Requirements:

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and output-driven environment
• Basic Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets 
• Good communication skills - Proficiency in English and Hindi (Spoken & Written)
• Earlier Customer experience preferred
• Willing to make calls and be responsible for communication as and when necessary
