Operations Associate (Credit Processing) Internship in Kochi at HDFC Bank

HDFC Bank is hiring for the role of Operations Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create a quality portfolio by managing risk through effective credit appraisal, maintaining TAT, maintaining a healthy relationship with channel partners, and being a process thinker and innovator
• Collect & check documents (Eg. credit, loan agreements, application forms, guarantee forms) (Legal consequences).
• Interact with customers on the phone. It also includes managing the objections of the customers. Meeting customers and having personal discussions
• Suggest optimal solutions to customers' needs.
• Understand customer's needs, managing objections, structure solutions, and closing.

Requirements:

•  Fresh/experienced B Com Graduates,  M Com, CA or MBA  having good and consistent academic record (Min 60% marks) and good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
