Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Completing a high volume of requests monthly in a variety of complexities.
• Staying organized, focused, and on top of deadlines, clearly communicating anything blocking your progress, production, or efficiency.
• Communicating effectively with teammates in a fast-paced environment.
• Suggesting improvements that increase the team’s efficiency and accuracy.
• Gaining unique insights into how thousands of businesses on a Stripe scale operate
• Partnering with global operations specialists or business process owners to run a critical workflow.

• Willing to periodically work a weekend day for which you will receive a weekday off in lieu; the SDC operates during daytime hours in 9-hour shifts (including 1 1-hour paid lunch break) scheduled to fall between the hours of 6 am and 10 pm
