Cialfo is hiring for the role of Operations Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage end-to-end operational workflows, including contract processing and data management across internal platforms.
• Prepare accurate and insightful operational and performance reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate the creation and delivery of partner assets in collaboration with internal teams.
• Support the planning, logistics, and execution of events, ensuring smooth delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement projects and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system updates to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, business coordination, or process management.
• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or service-driven industries preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Airtable or similar workflow tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
