Operations Associate Job in Pune at Allstate

Allstate is hiring for the role of Operations Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Summarize documents and enter claim system notes
• Document claim files with notes, evaluations, and decision-making processes
• Contact third-party carriers to review liability and subrogation responses and obtain information regarding decisions to reduce amounts paid
• Monitor collection of subrogation recoveries and follow up with third-party carriers as needed for subrogation payments

Requirements:

• 0–18 months of experience; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing demand packages
• Excellent knowledge of the subrogation cycle
• Knowledge or experience in subrogation or salvage is preferred
