Open Door Education is hiring for the role of Operations Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plan, coordinate and manage the complete execution of Thinking assessments' product, for group of schools.
• Manage and improve the logistics work of assessments delivery, in coordination with Internal team/ partners and clients and partners.
• Maintain a robust, proactive and professional communication between the open door team and school team, to enhance the experience and support during the program.
• Prepare and work on all forms of reports, performance analysis and inputs and data necessary for the schools.
• Observe, reflect and improve the efficiency of work in all the aspects, individually as well as for the team, through constant upskilling and improvement.
