AppsForBharat is hiring for the role of Operations Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage end-to-end operations for puja and chadhava services, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
• Work closely with temple partners and internal teams to coordinate daily activities.
• Maintain and update operational trackers using tools like Google Sheets and CRM systems.
• Identify gaps or delays in processes and collaborate with the team to implement improvements.
• Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new temple partners or service vendors.
• Uphold service standards by following defined SOPs and ensuring user satisfaction.
• Handle operational queries and work alongside customer support to resolve issues.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of operational SOPs.
• Provide timely updates and reports on performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Hand-on experience in operations, or service coordination.
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with productivity tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Slack).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
• Cultural sensitivity and interest in Indian spiritual traditions.
