Cars24 is hiring for the role of Operations Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Make calls to customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders (e.g., external vendors, collections) to collect documents and financial reports, ensuring files are logged in the system within the specified time frame.
• Resolve issues related to KYC details and other relevant matters by contacting customers and relevant stakeholders.
• Prioritize lead flow to maximize productivity and minimize funnel drop.
• Proofread and perform sanity checks on relevant documentation.
• Guide customers over the phone to register NACH and share VPDs to process cases

Requirements:

• Graduates with 2-4 years of experience, preferably in operations or sales. Knowledge of the NBFC or financial industry.
• Outbound calling and lending experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Hands-on experience with system usage and a basic understanding of loan terminology.
• Proficiency in navigating Google Maps.
• Ability to prioritize and manage lead flow based on requirements.
• Understanding of the sales funnel and input metrics.
• Proficiency in convincing customers and providing confidence.
• Ability to handle high lead and call volumes. Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• A customer-centric approach with good conversational etiquette.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
