Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Over all function of the department
- Making rounds of all the wards
- Planning and implementing quality aspects of the department
- Interacting with internal (departments within the hospital) and external agency like outsource department, Police department and panchayat office counseling
- Pre op , Post op
- Bereavement and Loss
Requirements:
- Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to comprehend written instructions given by the related departmental personnel.
- Ability to plan & organize ones work schedule effectively.
