Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Patient Counseling – Educate patients on the services they may require through structured and meaningful discussions.
• Service Awareness – Provide clear and concise information about the company’s offerings to help patients make informed decisions.
• Engagement & Interest Building – Create awareness and generate interest in the services provided.
• Patient Assistance – Understand patient concerns and guide them through their entire healthcare journey.
• Single Point of Contact – Act as the primary liaison for all patient-related needs.
• Billing Coordination – Collaborate with partner hospitals to ensure smooth billing and financial clarity for patients.
• Patient Follow-ups – Maintain and track follow-ups for new and existing patients, ensuring continued engagement.
• Hospital Coordination – Work closely with partner hospitals to provide transparent and accurate information to patients.
• Commitment to Care – Go above and beyond to ensure patients receive the best possible healthcare experience.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-4 years in customer care, patient counseling, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to hold meaningful conversations and build rapport with patients.
• Process-Oriented: A structured approach to managing patient journeys.
• Healthcare Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
• Negotiation & Persuasion – Ability to communicate value and help patients make informed decisions.
• Process Adherence – Follow standardized workflows to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• On-Field Role: This job requires active fieldwork.
• Own Vehicle: Having a personal vehicle is mandatory for ease of commute.
