Petpooja is hiring for the role of Trainee - Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Utilize Invoice software to upload invoices systematically.
• Scrutinize invoice data for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in the provided information.
• Address and rectify any errors found during the validation process.
• Ensure accurate and consistent data entry.
• Enter data from handwritten invoices into the system accurately.
• Report any identified issues or discrepancies during the invoice review process to the reporting authority.
• Undertake additional responsibilities related to the job, as deemed necessary.

Requirements:

• Typing speed 18+ WPM
• The candidate must be proficient in speaking, writing, and understanding at least one of the following languages: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam.
• The candidate is expected to have a reasonable level of communication skills.
• Candidate must have basic excel skills.
