Baware is hiring for the role of Operations Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Project Initialization: Collaborate with stakeholders to initiate projects in the Basware PPM (Project Portfolio Management) application. This includes ensuring proper documentation for each project and providing necessary support to internal stakeholders for maintaining projects in the Project Management application.
• Executing project administrative tasks to facilitate seamless project operations, encompassing handover to support and formal project closure or cancellations.
• Sending project satisfaction surveys and analyzing the feedback received.
• Engaging in survey listening activities (for projects & CR’s) and generating actionable insights based on the feedback received.
• Handling of Change requests.
• Controlling and Compliance: Execute outcome-driven controlling and compliance-related tasks and propose and implement development initiatives to enhance project performance.
• Internal Communication: When appropriate, communicate progress and goals to internal audiences, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
• Reporting: Generate various reports to assist internal stakeholders & regional leads.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ years of relevant business, solution, or industry experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of project management methodology.
• MS office: Expertise in using Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Language: Proficient in written and spoken English to effectively communicate with global stakeholders.
• SDLC & Agile: Basic knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Self-Motivated: Demonstrate self-motivation, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Multitasking and Communication: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills to assess project progress and identify areas for improvement.
