• Complete a high volume of requests monthly in a variety of complexities.
• Stay organized, focused, and on top of deadlines, clearly communicating anything blocking your progress, production, or efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with teammates in a fast-paced environment.
• Suggest improvements that increase the team’s efficiency and accuracy.
• Gain unique insights into how thousands of businesses on a Stripe scale operate.
• Partner with global operations specialists or business process owners to run a critical workflow.
• Be a part of building a brand new team and operational culture for Stripe.
