Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Own and execute investment operations and production processes.
• Work with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the production is timely and meet required quality standards.
• Identify areas of improvement across the team and proactively take steps to improve those processes by offering ideas.
• Keep documentation of processes up to date.
• Identify and manage operational risks.

Requirements:

• 1 – 2 years of working experience in the Financial Operations domain.
• Ability to work within a strict deadline.
• Ability to execute regular operations and production processes.
• Skilled in troubleshooting production issues.
• Ability to take general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments and execute those assignments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Ready to work on Indian holidays.
• Background of Asset Management/Investment Management Domain.
