Operations and Maintenance Technician Job in Jaipur at DY Infrastructure & Projects Private Limited (DYIP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of telecom towers and associated equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and reliability of equipment.
• Update maintenance logs and records accurately.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues affecting telecom towers and equipment.
• Perform repairs and replacements of faulty equipment and components.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for necessary parts and services.
• Respond promptly to service outages and emergencies.
• Implement corrective actions to restore service in a timely manner.
• Document incidents and resolutions comprehensively.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct quality checks to verify the performance of repaired and maintained equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to mitigate hazards.
• Participate in safety training and drills.
• Provide technical assistance and support to field technicians and other team members.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new telecom equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and inventory.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on maintenance work, incidents, and resolutions.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices.
• Recommend improvements to maintenance procedures and processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience: Experience holders in the same field will be preferred/Freshers can also apply
• Proficiency in using diagnostic and testing equipment.
• Knowledge of telecom systems, RF equipment, and power systems.
• Understanding of fiber optics and microwave technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Landlords and maintain good relationship with them
