PhonePe is hiring for the role of Operations Analyst - Stock Broking!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Monitor critical process deliverables daily.
- Execute crucial daily routing tasks for service delivery.
- Identify, resolve, and coordinate delivery delays with internal teams and vendors.
- Collaborate with teams, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth process execution and service levels.
- Monitor processes and address potential execution issues.
- Define, develop, and communicate key metrics and trends to partners and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, math, statistics, or related field, or an MBA (both from reputed institutions).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multitasking ability and proficiency in handling diverse requirements.
- Relevant work experience is desireable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Technical capabilities: Excel, data monitoring/extraction through SQL or other database queries (added advantage).
- Understanding of mutual funds and stock broking is an added advantage.
