PhonePe is hiring for the role of Operations Analyst - Payments - FT!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage day-to-day business operations related to merchant and 3rd party payouts.
• Monitor transaction success rates, identify gaps, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for performance improvement.
• Analyze data to enhance products, improve processes, and increase success rates.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on key project implementations.
• Resolve pending/failed transactions by working with merchant, finance, tech, and partner bank teams.
• Manage business reporting, including ad hoc reporting, with proficiency in Excel.
• Handle customer and merchant escalations promptly, ensuring agile execution with partners.
• Work closely with the finance team for reconciliations, receivables/payables, and corrections.
• Develop in-depth domain knowledge of technical systems, API integrations, and ecosystem developments.

Requirements:

• A Master's degree in business administration or equivalent is required.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience.
• Agile and highly collaborative with the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong analytical acumen, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
• Highly data-driven with proficiency in Excel; some knowledge of SQL preferred.
• Customer-first attitude, always addressing customer pain points.
• Strong focus on execution and thriving in a collaborative work environment.
