PhonePe is hiring for the role of Operations Analyst- Mutual Fund!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor critical process deliverables daily, ensuring adherence to defined schedules.
• Execute routine tasks crucial for service delivery as per established schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams or external service providers to identify and resolve issues for delayed or failing process deliverables.
• Collaborate with different teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of processes, achieving desired service levels.
• Regularly monitor process execution and proactively address factors that may impact the process.
• Define, develop, and communicate key metrics and business trends to partner and management teams.

Requirements:

• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and handle a diverse range of requirements.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related discipline from a reputed institute, or an MBA from a reputable institution.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Showcase technical capabilities, including proficiency in Excel and the ability to perform data monitoring/extraction through SQL or other database queries (added advantage).
• Possess an understanding of Mutual Funds and Stock Broking, which would be considered an added advantage.
