Operations Analyst (Exempt) Job in Gurgaon at American Express

American Express is hiring for the role of Operations Analyst (Exempt)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Processing customer funds via various Credit Balance Refund (CBR) processes.
• Identifying issues with rejected CBR payments and resolving them.
• Managing cheques, including returns, expiration, and validation.
• Making financial adjustments to reconcile customer accounts.
• Delivering the highest standard of care quality within strict timelines.
• Maintaining excellent interaction with internal and external partners.

Requirements:

• Fluent written and spoken English is essential
• Being a team player who demonstrates self-motivation & ability to work under pressure and unsupervised
• Accurate keyboard skills and high attention to detail, especially a good eye for numbers
• Understanding of PTU Portal, Genesis, Globestar, and CARE
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
• Should not be on any active Counselling
• Min G3/L3 last year's rating
• Knowledge of the UK market is preferred
• Understanding of banking terminology
