Operations Analyst Job in Noida at SquadStack

SquadStack is hiring for the role of Operations Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• You’ll be directly responsible for building and managing multiple client outreach campaigns on our platform.
• Assist other internal teams for smooth operations of the business along with the lead management in the respective businesses
• End to end Key Metrics tracking. You’ll have to fall in love with SLAs & KPIs for the accounts you’re working on.
• As an Analyst you have to look at the numbers, trends, and data and take appropriate actions based on the findings.
• Communication will be at the heart of your role. 
• You'll be communicating/ collaborating with the client, Account managers and the Internal teams.  
• Coordinate with the Account Managers and internal team to provide support to businesses and interface with clients.
• You consider yourself a pro on spreadsheets and an intermediate in SQL.
• You’ll be also responsible for smooth running of the campaigns and ensure nothing breaks operationally.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of the core operations and a problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical skills
• Should know Advance Excel and SQL.
