Operations Analyst Job in Noida at Indus Valley Partners

Indus Valley Partners is hiring for the role of Operations Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze and troubleshoot process problems so as to make continuous and permanent improvements.
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies.

Requirements:

• Good verbal/ written communication skills: Should be able to take client calls based of the US and should be able to promptly respond to their queries over email or send notifications as and when required.
• Good Analytical Skills - Should be able to analyze technical issues in a production environment, then document those findings. 
• Understanding of Financial Instruments and Trade Operations and Support experience would be preferred.
• Good understanding of Databases (preferably MS-SQL) and/or working with financial data and reporting.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in performing IT operations processes and managing client communications.
• Ready to work in shifts.
• Qualifications - MBA, MCA, BE/ BTech, Master in Economics/Maths.
• Communication skills, Good Analytical Skills.
