Operations Analyst Job in Bengaluru at IVP LIMITED

• Analyzing and troubleshooting process problems so as to make continuous and permanent improvements
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Sanity testing of a Product & Client specific testing
• Running/Executing/Updating Test Case Scenarios

Requirements:

• Written Communication, Verbal Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Analytical Skills
• MBA (Finance), MCA, BE/ BTech, Master in Economics/ Maths
• Good verbal/ written communication skills: Should be able to take client calls based in the US and should be able to promptly respond to their queries over email or send notifications as and when required
  
• Good Analytical Skills - Should be able to analyze technical/functional issues in a production environment, and then document those findings. 
  
• Understanding of Financial Instruments and Trade Operations and Support experience would be preferred
  
• Basic understanding of Database (preferably MS-SQL) and/or working with financial data and reporting
  
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in performing IT operations processes and managing client communications
