JPMorgan Chase & Co. is hiring for the role of Operations Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execute tasks assigned
• Take the lead on process improvement and automation
• Manage assigned tasks independently with little or no supervision
• Have a control mindset and be alert to issues and risks that have an impact on the process or the organization

Requirements: 

• Preferred experience in middle or back-office operations
• Understanding of the financial services industry, products, and processes
• Strong analytical skills with complementary communications and presentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Excellent client focus and customer care working practices
• Ability to drive results through people, communication, influence, and interactions
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, etc.)
