S&P Global is hiring for the role of Operations Analysis Analyst !

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform regular daily valuations for client portfolios and address client queries.
• Implement prototype pricing models and/or test production valuation models for non-standard instruments originating in the region.
• Respond to complex/quantitative queries about data and valuation products.
• Identify data quality improvement projects and promote good design practices.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Efficiently gather data from various sources for reporting and analysis.
• Utilize available data and systems tools effectively.

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM Finance Major (Passing year 2025) fresher candidates with a good academic track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Financial Markets / Corporate Finance is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (IST - 6 AM to 3 PM / 2 PM to 11 PM / 5 PM to 2 AM / 6 PM to 3 AM).
