Morgan Stanley is hiring for the role of Operational Support - Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in documenting and tracking technology risks, incidents, and mitigation efforts.
• Support the preparation of risk metrics and reports to influence management decisions and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update risk management tools, databases, and documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support for risk-related initiatives and audits.
• Work with other stakeholder teams globally across the Ffirm
• Engage with Firm wide risk and control groups as appropriate to support Firm wide and Technology risk agenda, including first, second, and third line of defense risk functions
• Ensure accurate documentation and evidence for audit/regulatory needs.
• Work closely with IT operations, security, compliance, and business units.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience in operational support for technology risk, or a related role within a large investment banking or financial services organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Risk Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with risk management tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
