Operational Risk Oversight Job in Noida at Barclays

Barclays is hiring for the role of Operational Risk Oversight!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support with the oversight, delivery and enhancement of governance reporting for MRM and non-MRM meetings
• Support the establishment of new forums and deliverables, including a Connected Risk Forum, requisite connected risk reporting, and various SS1/23 deliverables
• Support with the oversight and delivery of BCBS239 activities for in-scope reports
• Support with the effective operation, management and enhancement of the Model Risk governance framework
• Support the broader Governance & Engagement team on other activities, not limited to weekly roadmaps, action trackers, agenda setting, MRM training, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in operating within a Risk and/or Control environment
• Experience in operating within a reporting and/or governance environment 
• An ability to effectively review, synthesize and interrogate data/information
• High-quality verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of seniority 
• A team player who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment and with a variety of stakeholders at various levels of seniority
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables in parallel, prioritize these accordingly, and meet their associated deadlines 
• Highly organized and proactive, with excellent attention to detail 
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
• An understanding of the Barclays organization structure
• Experience of Model Risk Management frameworks
• An ability to execute secretariat duties and responsibilities
• Experience working with quantitative teams
• Experience of operating within a change management role
• Experience in the documentation of processes and procedures
• An understanding of the Barclays Control Framework
• An understanding of the Operational Risk and Controls (ORAC) system
• An understanding of the Standardised Control Book (SCB) reporting solution
