Dentsu is hiring for the role of Operational Finance Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Expense creation/submission assistance
• Provide customer service support to members regarding expense reports
• Queries on Manager Approval / Finance Approval
• Reimbursement status
• Research and resolve issues related to expense reports and Log Expense related issues electronically
• Exceptional approvals
• Monitor OOP reimbursements/Card related claims. Chasing/Escalating card holders/managers for on time submission/approval
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial and member files
• Approval support (if Mgr. is terminated / OOO)
• Processor review & final approval - Review employee expense reports for compliance, approvals, documentation, and business purpose both manually and via automated system

Requirements:

• Graduate/master’s degree in commerce/ICWAI/MBA/semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience in Expense administration and T&E process
• Prior experience of managing the above said process for large corporations
• Fluent Spoken English, strong communication, collaboration and relationship building skills across global cultures
• Willing to work in Americas shifts
• Prior experience in Service Now and help desk activities
• Preferably familiar with finance concepts and reporting structures, HFM, SAP R/3, Concur, SAP
• Proficient with MS Word, Advance Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven capability in communicating & partnering with all levels of the organization
• Preferably familiar with finance concepts and reporting structures using Concur and other ERP
• Senior stakeholder management skills
• Clear record of driving end-to-end process improvements
