Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Translate business and technical requirements into clear design and interaction flows.
• Structure, organize, and synthesize information to generate insights into U.S. and India GES operations.
• Analyze data and convert it into actionable insights and deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and digital leadership teams to guide development of new services and product functionalities.
• Work with developers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to optimize processes using user-centered design principles.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Innovate and visualize intuitive solutions based on complex and incomplete requirements.
• Provide regular status updates and progress reports to management.
• Prepare and communicate detailed requirement specifications to internal teams.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation for bespoke processes.
• Drive operational improvements through process and workflow enhancements.
• Support adoption and utilization of Deloitte’s tax technology product ecosystem.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech or equivalent technical degree.
• Industry-recognized technical certifications are an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and execution skills.
• Ability to manage upwards, work proactively, and operate independently.
• High attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs on time.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in complex environments with competing priorities.
• Ability to integrate quickly within global virtual teams.
