Operational and Sales Reward Performance Manager Job in Gurgaon at BT Group

BT Group is hiring for the role of Operational and Sales Reward Performance Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure the effective implementation of the sales strategy and pay plans through day-to-day operations, prioritization, and planning to underpin £250m of payments per year
• Approve internally published pay plan and commission performance 
• Support and sign off internal and external audits of published KPIs
• Lead and support pay plan and commission queries and sales grievance cases
• Maintain and upkeep business rules and own the creation and definition of new rules/data products
• Define the operational and sales reward KPI measurement framework to ensure consistency and integrity

Requirements:

• Expert user of data visualization tools, such as Qlik Sense & Tableau to help deliver key insights
• Highly numerate with strong analytical skills coupled with good commercial awareness
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate results and analysis
• Advanced in SQL programming language and data interrogation techniques to support analysis
• Stakeholder management; have the ability to form strong working relationships with key stakeholders and understand their business needs and drivers 
• Skilled in the use of the following applications Salesforce, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, SQL, Qlik, or Tableau
• Knowledge and understanding of ex-Enterprise BT and EE order systems and data
• Expertise in data analytics
• Experience and ability to understand complex data and then translate your analysis into clear and concise language for senior managers 
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across multiple departments to deliver a vision or goal with various moving parts 
• Preferred domain experience and expertise in the Business telecoms market, its products, and systems
