Operational Analyst Job in Bengaluru at Grant Thorton

Grant Thorton is hiring for the role of Operational Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform DR tasks using NCC tool application based on deadlines, written and verbal instructions including processes in place
• Access the Relationship Checking System (RCS) which is a web-based application
• Access the Global Relationship System (GRS) which is a global web-based application
• Perform varies research via internet based on search needs
• Respond to inquiries and maintain a high level of customer service to internal customers
• Comprehend and act upon responses received from member firms in a timely manner
• Participate in meetings and discussions on RCS/NCC performance, processes, and improvement
• Communicate with all levels of management at Grant Thornton, as well as contacts from member firms around the globe
• Be cross-trained to assist with family tree research (as needed) or other independence functions at the SSC
• Ad hoc assignments, as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Post Graduation degree along with –
• Possess good internet research skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Must be able to communicate with contacts from around the globe and multi-task various projects.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions.
• Ability to work under short deadlines and prioritize workload.
• Dedication to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work off-hours, if needed including some holidays
• Computer proficient. Must have intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
