Paul Mason Consulting is hiring for the role of Operation Support Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure that all incidents managed directly are logged, investigated, resolved, and closed to the satisfaction of the client, within agreed service level agreement timescales.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills, Verbal and Written both, is a MUST
• 2+ Years of IT Support experience. Typically one who has experience in helpdesk support, support desk, and service desk environment. Preference is incident management work area.
• Understand ITIL Framework – certification not required
• Working knowledge of basic SQL & Operating Systems i.e. Windows, Linux, etc.
• Must have basic knowledge of SSMS.
• Problem-solving – Resolve problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts and devices.
• Must be willing to work in a 24*7 environment (Majorly US shifts)
