Operation Processing- Associate Job in Mumbai at BNP Paribas Bank

BNP Paribas is hiring for the role of Operation Processing- Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Processing of transactions within the agreed timelines
• Ensuring all the transactions are completed and approved in the system within the TAT
• Ensuring all the transactions are processed with utmost care and without errors/mistakes
• Prioritizing the work and investigate with due diligence all the discrepancies
• Taking corrective measures/action in consultation with the Assistant Manager/Senior Associate
• Escalating unresolved open items to the Assistant Manager/Senior Associate
• Maintaining Communication Channels with internal peer groups
• Participating in Cross Training and ensuring the Knowledge transfer between the team and processes is happening on a periodic basis
• Participating in Brain Storming Sessions and sharing the best practices and ideas with the peer groups and team members
• Evaluating and updating documented procedures to ensure they are complete, accurate, and current
• Positioning interfaces with other Process Associates, Mid Office Staff, Relationship Managers, and Clients
• Positioning interfaces with International Team Members of BNP Group and its Clients or Vendors SubCustodians

Requirements:

• Thorough understanding of all Capital market, Financial Instruments, Investment baking processes, and above-average accounting skills
• Good verbal and written communication

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong MS Excel skills required. 
• Post Graduate Degree – M.Com / MBA / MMS / PGDM (Specialization in Commerce or Finance)
• Work experience – Fresher or less than 12 months of relevant work experience
