Amazon is hiring for the position of Operation Executive - Fresh 3P!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Monitor operations of the assigned stores and suggest & deploy improvements
- Identify useful data accumulated from multiple sources and take necessary actions
- Foresee implications based on current data and trends
- Be organized, apt and prompt in notifying the situation, problem solve and recur prevention
- Serve as a liaison between the internal and external stakeholders keeping in mind the objectives, limits, conformance and information privacy
- Train & direct associates for action and conformance to norms & practices
- Visit the stores for various operational conformance, restrictions and norms
- Conduct ops checklist based on SOP
- Communicate with team and operations stakeholders
- Manage Amazon-driven process at 3p stores
- Provide training and one-point lessons to ground staff to implement Amazon
- Operate processes
- Perform daily/weekly site audits
- Travel to site locations
Requirements:
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
- Preferred qualifications - Bachelor's degree
