Operation Executive Job in Bengaluru at SmartQ

SmartQ is hiring for the role of Senior Operation Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Guide associates and promote the utilization of the SmartQ ordering app, emphasizing its benefits, convenience, and offers.
• Assist associates in downloading and using the app, provide training, and support payment processes via various wallets for those without the app.
• Collaborate daily with food partners to update menu items, coordinate app updates with the tech team, and manage timely push notifications and banner displays.
• Conduct Cafe LENS and hygiene checklists, perform hourly governance checks, and address issues while reporting incidents, accidents, and near misses to the reporting manager.
• Foster a positive work culture, ensuring timely and high-quality service, and gather feedback regularly from employees and clients at cafeterias.
• Ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements for displays, counters, and service areas. Oversee cafeteria counters to maintain adherence to Operating Standard Procedures (OSPs).
• Inspect work areas for proper waste disposal, maintain HSE and temperature records, and report any variances.
• Ensure equipment functions in line with Equipment Safety Work Procedures (ESWP) and report any downtime to the relevant departments.
• Work six days a week, with travel reimbursements provided as per the travel policy.

Requirements:

• Passionate about delivering top-notch service to clients and employees, with strong communication skills in English and the local language.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer knowledge, a willingness to learn, and a character marked by honesty and integrity.
• A team player with the ability to lead and manage food partner employees while demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
• A graduate with a preference for a craft course certification in hospitality.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
