Practo is hiring for the role of Operation Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Support the sales team in managing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Oversee and manage order processes, including order entry, administration, and shipping.
- Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report on key metrics.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure operations align with the overall business strategy.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of operational strategies to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
