Morningstar is hiring for the role of Operation Associate!

Responsibilities of a Candidate:

• Own and execute investment operations and production processes.
• Work with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the production is timely and meets required quality standards.
• Identify areas of improvement across the team and proactively take steps to improve those processes by offering ideas.
• Keep documentation of processes up to date. Identify and manage operational risks.

Requirements:

• 1 – 2 years of working experience in the Financial Operations domain
• Ability to work within a strict deadline
• Ability to execute regular operations and production processes
• Skilled in troubleshooting production issues
• Ability to take general instruction on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments and execute those assignments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Ready to work on Indian holidays
