Bewakoof is hiring for the role of Online Site Merchandiser!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage homepages, category pages, and campaign pages and optimise creatives & banners based on performance
• Manage footage and drive monetization through advertisement of different brands on the portal
• Play a critical role in enhancing consumer experience on UI
• Define success metrics, funnel structures & measurement methods and reporting processes
• Collaborating across business lines and with internal teams to sync marketing calendars across high visibility placements and devices
• Working closely with product and tech teams to test and implement new features and influence product roadmap

Requirements:

• 2+ years relevant work experience in roles requiring online site merchandising, data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to analyze data quantitatively and use customer research, data, and metrics to back up assumptions, identify opportunities, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
• Understanding and use of web metrics to measure performance
• Having an eye for compelling merchandising, creativity, an aptitude for data analysis, and a passion for continuous content testing
• Experience in managing site merchandising for e-commerce portals
