Responsibilities

The incumbent will be:

1.) Responsible for prospect chats and converting them into sales.

2.) Sell products by establishing and developing relationships with prospects.

3.) Ability to convert high revenue leads.

4.) Ability to retain customers to increase repeat business.

5.) Customer identification, account management, and closing.

6.) Maintain all client's contact details in the CRM system (Clients Contacts, Call Reports, Price Quotes, Email Correspondence.

7.) Develop and maintain business plans to achieve sales targets.

Requirement:

1. Graduate in any stream.

2. Experience online.

3. Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.

4. Familiarity with e-commerce and its components.

6. Highly analytical, self-driven individuals preferred.
