Cars24 is hiring for the role of Online Sales Agent!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handle incoming leads from Australian customers through calls, chats, and emails.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable vehicle options from our online inventory.
• Explain product features, pricing, documentation, and financing options clearly.
• Build rapport and follow up with potential buyers to move them through the purchase journey.
• Coordinate with internal teams (inspection, delivery, loan processing) to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools and update customer status regularly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or inside sales (preferably in automotive, e-commerce, or fintech).
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); understanding of Australian communication style is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn fast, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack).
• Must have a good internet connection, laptop/desktop, and noise-free environment to work from home.
